Dan built Australian Fitness & Health from the ground up!

With a passion for business and marketing, Dan's the man with the plan when it comes to creating the perfect strategy for our valued clients, in order to create growth and success within the fitness and health sector!

Dan is British born and bred, but left the UK for warmer weather and to see what Australia had to offer. Needless to say, he never returned!
With a vast knowledge and passion for business, marketing, process and organisation, Jen oversees the daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the business - paying special attention to the satisfaction of our clients and our team!

Jen is particularly passionate about making an impact and improving the fitness and health sector on a national level.

Jen travelled to Australia from the UK on a "long holiday"... and never went back!

Beyond finance, Kellie’s leadership fosters teamwork and streamlined workflows.
Her strong communication skills and attention to detail nurture productive relationships, contributing to a cohesive workplace. Kellie brings clarity, efficiency and strategic insight for lasting success.
Kellie, loves to catch-up with family and friends for long weekends away in the sun, with plenty of laughs, amazing food and beverages.
Emma Mardaine
Studio Manager
Emma is our studio manager and has enjoyed a long and varied career within the creative sector and specifically publishing. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, overseeing the design and creation of our resource guides, marketing and websites, ensuring the studio runs smoothly and deadlines are met.
She is passionate about magazines, layout and typography, with a keen eye for detail and visual styles, which is evident in her design abilities.
Originally from the UK, she has lived in Australia for over 25 years and loves the Aussie lifestyle, beach, sunshine, good food and travel, also partial to a fine wine.... but as a Yorkshire lass she still loves her tea!

Lucas Palma
Lucas Palma is our Head of the Creative Team, he is responsible for overseeing design projects, creating original illustrations and infographics, reviewing production's work, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Lucas has expertise in graphic design, layout techniques, and marketing execution, as well as staying up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

He loves photography, specially when swimming in the ocean with his camera!
Creative Designer
José Sanchez
José is one of our talented Graphic Designers, passionate about transforming unreadable notes into visually stunning and trendy designs. He's also adept at producing and posting effective social media campaigns for our diverse range of clients.
Always on his phone researching, watching tutorials, time-lapses, and YouTube videos. José stays up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in graphic design. to ensure he is constantly expanding his skillset in the ever evolving creative industry.
In his spare time, José enjoys reading manga, relaxing at the beach, and savouring a chilled glass of beer on sunny evenings.

Neriessa is our Data Research Analyst, she's focused and thorough! She takes a lot of pride in equipping our team with powerful data and keeping our industry databases replenished and up-to-date.
